KOREAN SPICY BEEF YUKGAEJANG
As a blogger I also want to blog my cooking knowledge. I am a Filipina but I love cooked Korean food because I see Korean food on TV so I learned how to cook it. It is very easy to cook if you have the right ingredients at home, especially when you are married to a Korean, there are many ingredients at home. And if you're Filipino and you just want to cook it, it's quite expensive. Because there are many more ingredients to buy. But if you can afford to buy, that's ok too.
It's very easy to make if you have the ingredients. Just more knowledge guys. Beef yukgaejang is good for those who have drunk a lot and they have a hung over. It is good to eat because it removes the hangover from the body, so almost Koreans when they drink, they request beef yukgaejang because it relieves headaches due to drink alcohol.
In yukgaejang you can also use chicken. Just boil the chicken and if it is thin, remove it from the pot and cool it with an electric fan or whatever you use to cool it down so that it can be shredded. But in this blog we will use beef. So come join me to cook it.

Ingredients for beef yukgaejang

You can find them in Korean grocery stores. And did you know that you can cook beef yukgaejang even if you don't have enough ingredients, as long as you have Korean beans sprouts or even Philippine beans sprouts, beef, onion leeks, chili powder, soy sauce, you can cook it even if you don't have enough ingredients that you have.
NOW LET'S GO COOKING.
The first thing to do is boil the beef until you think it's tender and can be shredded, then you take it out of the pot and cool it. And the next thing to boil is the GOSARI(고사리 and the siraegi Korean dried radish leaves until they are soft, you can remove them from the pot and wash them well. Guys, you can't mix gosari and siraegi in the same pot while cooking. Because it's different at what time they soften. Once you have washed it properly, you will remove the small amount of water left over from washing the vegetables. And if it's dry, you can combine the two. Guys, don't throw away the water you used to boil the beef because this is what you will use for the beef yukgaejang soup. It is better that when you peel the boiled beef, use only your hands to peel it properly. Don't worry because you will cool the beef first before cutting the beef. It is good to wash hands properly.
And when you finish shredding the boiled beef, you can add it to the siraegi and gosari. You should have a large bowl so that you can mix the ingredients in the beef yukgaejang well, because after combining all the ingredients in a large bowl, you will add 1/4 kg beans sprout and 6 large pieces of onion leeks that should be sliced and 1 spoon chop garlic 3 spoon soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of black pepper, and 2 and half spoon of chili powder and mix well with plastic gloves so that you mix the vegetables cleanly.
And when you've mixed it well, you can put it in the boiled beef broth that you used earlier to improve the beef. You can also add water if not enough. It's super easy to make when all the ingredients you want are ready. And if you don't have enough ingredients and want to make the beef yukgaejang as well, you can still do it like this, just mix everything even if you don't have enough ingredients as long as you remember what I told you earlier about the important ingredients for beef yukgaejang.
If you are wondering what is mixed with the beef. This is Korean radish to add flavor to the beef whole garlic sliced in the middle and onion also sliced in the middle these are the added flavor to the beef. And if you don't have radish, you can also not add it. onion and garlic also add flavor to the beef so it's okay without radish. But if you have radish at home, it's better to add it because it tastes better. But there should only be three large slices of radish because you will also throw them away when the beef you are boiling is soft but not the beef broth.

1) First Step.

MY SECRET.
- I add 2 beef knorr cubes to make yukgaejang tastier. You can buy it in the store
- The knorr cube has many flavors with beef, chickern and more. But the flavor we will use is beef knorr cubes because the meat we used is beef. And if we use chicken in yukgaejang, we also use chicken knorr cubes.

4) Four step.
If you want it more spicy, you can add chili oil. And if you don't have it, you can also add chili powder. And if it's not tasty, add salt. to make it taste better.
5) And if you think it's good you can add the mushrooms and wait for it to boil again. just wait 2 minutes for the mushrooms to cook properly and you can serve it with love.
