Kaparkan falls can be found in the area of ( Tineg Abra). Many tourists come here because of the beauty of the water falls. It is similar to rice terraces banaue. it is water terraces in Abra. The design of the karparkan falls is amazing because the design is like large pots placed on it. What's even better is that it was made only by nature. 

In 2012 it was found and popularized by an anonymous person. So many people are grateful to him because kaparkan falls became famous and was aired on TV JESSICA SOHO and BYAHE NI DREW . And many you tube bloggers have also come here and shot many videos and they did not make a mistake because many people watched the videos they made and tried to go to the Kaparkan falls area. 

This Kaparkan falls is really beautiful. the water flow in the area is not so strong, you can really enjoy your swimming here. This is also a very clean water falls that you can see because you can see it in the color of the water how clean it is. You can see leaves in the water because it is surrounded by trees. But you won't see any plastics here because the caretaker is cleaning the place. But as foreigners in this area, it is better for us to bring our own garbage bag so that we don't have to struggle to find a garbage can and it's embarrassing for those who guard the area if we throw garbage anywhere.

This place is far from Manila. But it's worth it if you can reach the Abra kaparkan falls. you will lose all your tiredness from the car ride if you can get here because when you arrive you will immediately see the beauty of the kaparkan falls which will be accompanied by the song of the birds around you, you will really lose all your tiredness.

Guys, when you go to the area, you will have many trials to go through here because the roads are not all paved, so it will be difficult for you to get here, especially when it rains, the road is very muddy. You can't use a small car because there is a possibility that your car will be stocked on the road due to excessive mud. So the tourists here use big vehicles just to reach this place.

There are those who live near the kaparkan falls area who say that it dries up when summer is near. That's why you can see it from bloggers or video makers, that the road is muddy because it must be rainy when you go to the place. 2018 BPWH started to build the road to the kaparkan falls. According to BPWM, it is 11 kilometers. They made this road not only because of the quick trip to the falls, they made it so that the people who live here would not have a hard time. Almost those who go to the area use motorbikes to make the trip faster. But sometimes your motorcycle can't make it because of the very muddy road. So the others just ride the trucks that go to the falls.

But now, guys, the road they built leading to the falls is open, there is a resident who I asked if you can enter the road they built because there is no guard on the road and you can enter with a motorcycle. But this road is not all paved yet, but it is not like the first one where you will go through a lot of mud towards the falls.

And guys, you won't be bored on that trip because you will see many beautiful views while you are on the trip. You can see a lot of mountains in the surrounding area with different big and small mountains. You will also see a lot of goats around these are owned by the people who live in the area.

According to the residents, the road that has been completed is 4 to 5 kilometers, so the paved road in the area is quite long, according to the resident who lives in the area.

HOW MANY HOURS RIDE FROM MANILA TO KAPARKAN FALLS?

From Manila you can reach Kaparkan falls in 8 hours. This place is very far but your car ride will not be wasted because like I told you there are so many views that you can see from inside the car. So you feel that the place you are going to is near because you have already enjoyed the car ride to the Kaparkan falls area.

When you go to the Abra area towards Kaparkan falls you should ride a monster truck because it is very muddy on the way to the falls. If you are wondering where the pick point is, It is in the area of Kalinga Rd, Tayum, Abra. 

And this Guys while you are traveling towards kaparkan falls you will see a very long bridge this is the third longest bridge in the Philippines it is called (Don Mariano Marcos Bridge) While you are crossing the bridge it is a very good feeling because you can see the beautiful views around.

When it's been 1 hour your monster truck ride from Kalinga Rd, Tayum, Abra

 will stop because they will put a chain to control the muddy road. It's very exciting to ride the monster truck because it's winding and the road is very muddy. but it's exciting because many of you ride the monster truck, you'll scream with joy and fear. But don't worry because the truck you are riding 

is only working slowly. Because the path to Kaparkan falls is very dangerous. From the start they put the chain on the monster truck, the trip took 35 to 40 minutes on the muddy road.

After you ride the monster truck, you will walk to Kaparkan falls. So it's good to wear shoes to the place so you don't get too muddy. It will take you 20 to 25 minutes to walk to the falls. When you get really close to Kaparkan falls you will see small cottages along the way. You can also see many tourists here who stay in small cottages. This cottage is made of bamboo so it is durable. 

When you arrive at the place, you will immediately see this view.

From the top of the falls you can see how clear the water is in Kaparkan falls. If you're at the falls and you just want to go to the top, you have to take it slow because the water to go through is difficult, so be careful when you're at the top of the falls. This falls does not have much water during the months of July and October. And in August to September, there is a lot of water in the falls.

And for those who are wondering where you can pee and poop in the area, don't worry because there is a toilet near the falls, it's not very clean, but you can still pee and poop but don't think if their toilet looks good because it is quite far from the city.

So their toilet looks only normal.
